At Minarti Records, we want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please read our return policy before placing an order.
This policy applies to physical products purchased through the Minarti Records website, including clothing, merchandise, and physical music items.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
Because many Minarti Records products are printed or produced to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
This includes situations where:
- You selected the wrong size
- You changed your mind after ordering
- You no longer want the item
- You ordered the wrong product
- You do not like the colour, fit, or style after receiving it
Please check sizing, colours, product descriptions, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Store Credit
Where we approve a return for change of mind as a goodwill gesture, we may offer store credit only.
Store credit can be used toward a future purchase from the Minarti Records store.
Store credit is not guaranteed and is assessed case by case.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging, where possible
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy depending on the issue.
Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses cannot use “no refund” terms to remove consumer rights where a product has a major problem or fails to meet consumer guarantees.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
- Digital music downloads
- Digital products
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or used clothing
- Items damaged by misuse
- Custom, personalised, or made-to-order products, unless faulty
- Sale or clearance items, unless faulty or required by law
Return Timeframe
For approved returns, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, and with any original tags or packaging where applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will assess the best solution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
We recommend using tracked postage, as Minarti Records is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

To request a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

Do not send products back without contacting us first. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law or where approved by Minarti Records.
Approved refunds will usually be returned to the original payment method.
For change of mind returns, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
Final Note
Minarti Records reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy.
