AI-assisted does not mean fully automated.

Creative direction, editing, curation, selection, arrangement, publishing, branding, and final project control remain under human direction.

By using this website or engaging Minarti Records for creative services, you acknowledge that AI-assisted tools may be used unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Creative Services and Project Work

Minarti Records may offer creative services such as custom music production, remix concepts, AI artist development, artwork, branding, visuals, cinematic audio, promotional content, and related project work.

Unless a separate written agreement is provided, project details, pricing, inclusions, revisions, timelines, usage rights, and deliverables will be agreed before work begins.

A project may require payment before work starts.

Deposits, project payments, or creative service fees may be non-refundable once work has commenced, unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.

11. Revisions and Approval

For creative services, included revisions will be stated before the project begins.

Additional revisions, major changes of direction, or work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

Once final files, concepts, music, artwork, or deliverables are approved and supplied, further changes may be treated as new work.
